B2B Lead Generation

We validate cold email as a channel for B2B companies doing $10M+ in revenue, on performance.

You approve the list. We build the infrastructure, run the campaigns, and test every angle until the market tells us what it responds to. You get scored, qualified leads and a read on which segments answered. Your team takes it from there.

How the model works

Three minutes on what we run and what it costs.

The problem

Your last agency got paid whether it worked or not.

That is the whole story. Everything else follows from it.

They capped your volume to protect their margin

Every extra email costs them money on a flat retainer, so you reached a fraction of your market and got told that was the market’s answer.

They never fixed your message

Testing angles properly costs them time they are not paid for. So one version went out, it underperformed, and nobody found the version that would have worked.

They had no infrastructure to scale even if they wanted to

A few dozen mailboxes is not a channel test. It is a sample too small to conclude anything from.

We are paid on leads. The base covers the infrastructure and nothing more. Past that, we earn per lead we deliver, which means we want every contact in your market emailed, we want the winning angle found in week two rather than month three, and we want the volume turned up rather than down. Our incentive and your pipeline are the same number. We have made it impossible for us to profit from doing less.

What we do

How we scale your outbound

01

Map your TAM

Every contact in your market, segmented and verified. Not a slice, all of it.

02

Stand up infrastructure

Hundreds of authenticated domains and mailboxes, warmed and monitored, nowhere near your corporate mail.

03

Find the winner

Ten angles out at once. The gap between your best and worst is usually ten to one, and month one exists to find which one you have.

04

Scale the winner

The winning message deployed across your entire TAM, then re-run as the market moves.

Pricing

A base for the infrastructure, with performance incentives on top.

Most agencies run a flat retainer, which means their cheapest month is the one where the least gets sent. We are paid on what the campaigns produce, so scaling you is the only way we grow.

You will hear a number on the first call, worked out from your figures rather than ours.

30 interviews booked in four to five weeks

The client on this engagement was a 250,000-employee technology enterprise that could not ask its own customers how they buy. We reached the open market instead, across industries, and got strangers to commit half an hour each. 27 of the 30 gave the same answer, and that answer set the direction for everything after it.

Marco Linen and More

Linen and More

$200,000 generated in pipeline

Bed linen manufacture, selling into bedding e-commerce. Bought lists and cold LinkedIn had returned nothing at all across two years. Campaigns went live in April 2026 against a list narrowed to stores whose actual product is bedding, and inside four months there were hundreds of replies and five to six live negotiations running at once.

Fit

Who this works for, and who it does not.

Best fit

  • $10M+ in revenue
  • $15k+ customer lifetime value
  • 1M+ contactable prospects in your market
  • You have run cold email before and know what month one looks like
  • Assigned SDRs with a confirmation process. Show rate is owned on your side
  • Conversion data from the last 90 days you can share
  • Budget where a failed test is a data point, not a crisis

Not a fit

  • First time trying outbound, expecting pipeline in week two
  • Under 100k addressable contacts
  • No sales team to work the leads
  • Nobody accountable for whether booked meetings get held

See if you qualify

Ready to find out what your market answers?

We qualify hard at the front door, so it is a short conversation if you are not a fit. If you are, you will hear what we would run and what it would cost.

FAQs

The questions we get asked before anyone books a call.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. We guarantee the test is run properly: the volume, the infrastructure, the variant testing, the reporting. What the market says back is the market’s answer, and month one exists to find it.

Do you make the calls?

No. We deliver scored, qualified leads with the context behind them and your SDRs work them. Show rate and follow-up speed are won inside your team.

What counts as qualified?

You decide. Every contact is scored against your ICP and nothing below 8/10 makes the list, then you approve the list before a single email sends.

What if it does not work?

You will know inside 60 days with the data to prove it, and you keep the infrastructure and the market read either way.

Is there a minimum term?

Three months. Month one finds the winning angle, month two scales it, month three tells you whether the channel holds. Anything shorter is not a test, it is a sample.

Will this put our main domain at risk?

No. Everything runs from dedicated sending domains and mailboxes that are authenticated and warmed before use, kept entirely separate from your corporate mail. Your primary domain is never the thing being tested.

Who actually works on our account?

The person who sells you the programme runs it, alongside a senior go-to-market lead. There is no handoff to an account manager you have never met, which is the single biggest reason clients leave agencies in month three.
